Many climate measures in agriculture are also good for the economy. When food is produced with the least possible use of resources, both emissions and costs are cut. Based on our fact sheets, we show how measures such as drainage, liming, precision agriculture, cooperation on manure management, as well as good fertility and animal health provide concrete benefits – for the climate, crops and the wallet.
The fact sheets are written by experienced professionals in TINE and Norwegian Agricultural Advisory Services and are a collaboration with the Green Competence Center in the project Climate Focus in Trøndelag Agriculture. The project is funded by Trøndelag County Council and Klimasats (the Norwegian Environment Agency).
