The drone company Biodrone wanted to develop a new market within drone sowing and spraying, but did not have exact data on how effectively their technology and methodology affect the crops. Via the development environment at Mære, expert expertise from the Norwegian Agricultural Advisory Service (NLR) was connected to verify the results of the sowing of perennial ryegrass in meadows and catch crops in established fields.
